What Is Actually in B-Lean

Taurine (an Amino Acid)
Taurine is an amino acid, and one of the most plentiful in the body, with especially high levels in muscle, the brain and the eyes. The body makes its own from cysteine, another amino acid, and also gets taurine from seafood, meat and dairy.
B-Vitamin Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6)
The complex covers B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. B12 is not one of them, which is why it has a row of its own below. Together the five play a part in normal energy release. How people feel varies.
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12. Fish, eggs and dairy are everyday sources of B12, and it plays a role in normal nerve function and in the normal production of red blood cells.

How Your B-Lean Visit Works

Step 01

Fit It Into the Week You Have

Choose a day with some space in it, then a time that suits. Blue Sky IV is mobile only, so you name the place, at home, at work or in a hotel, and the kit comes to it.

Step 02

No IV Until the Screening Is Done

Every visit starts with an individual health screening. It decides whether B-Lean is appropriate for you today, and a visit may be declined based on it. Services are provided under physician supervision where required by applicable law.

Step 03

Close By for the Whole Drip

Your Wellness Angel starts B-Lean and checks on it throughout its 30 to 60 minutes, then takes out the IV, packs up every last piece and heads off.

Who Books B-Lean?

People with a full calendar and a vitamin routine they actually keep.

The Vitamin Bottle Next to the Coffee Maker

Every morning runs in the same order: coffee, then the B12 from the bottle beside the machine. You checked which form it was before you bought it, and you expect the same courtesy from an IV menu. Ours names B-Lean's B12 plainly: methylcobalamin. The drip can run while the second cup cools.

The Calendar Kept in Pen

Your haircut is booked five weeks out, and your dentist has never once had to chase you. B-Lean suits a calendar like that: you pick the week, and the drip turns up at your address with a Wellness Angel.

Hosting the In-Laws Until Sunday

The guest room is occupied, dinner is for eight every night, and somebody always needs a ride from somewhere. Nobody in the house is getting across town for anything this week, you included. So B-Lean comes to the dining room instead, with a Wellness Angel, and the household carries on around you while it runs.

For Those Who Read Every Label

Which drips on the menu have vitamin B12 in them?

B-Lean, Blue Sky Glow and Alleviate. Blue Sky Glow and Alleviate both use hydroxocobalamin; B-Lean uses methylcobalamin, the active form. If that form is the one you want, B-Lean is the drip to ask for. Your individual health screening then confirms whether it is appropriate for you.

Is B-Lean the same as a B12 shot?

No. B-Lean is an IV drip that runs 30 to 60 minutes and carries taurine and a B-vitamin complex as well as B12. Methylcobalamin B12 is also on our add-on list, where it can be added to a drip or given as a shot into the muscle.

Can someone else in the house have a drip while you're here?

Yes. Each of them has their own individual health screening first. For a bigger crowd, start with our Groups & Events page.

Is B-Lean appropriate for everyone?

Not necessarily. That is for the individual health screening at the start of your visit to decide, and a visit may be declined based on it. Blue Sky IV provides scheduled, non-emergency wellness services and is not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

What else can join B-Lean in the bag?

You can ask for Glutathione, Zinc Sulfate or NAD+ in the same bag, and Magnesium Chloride is coming soon. Add-ons and their prices are on the IV menu, and your individual health screening decides whether one is appropriate for you.
