How does the monthly credit work?
Every month of Pinnacle Membership comes with a $799 wellness credit to use toward any drip or add-on. Beyond the credit, you get unlimited standard add-ons each month and 20% off additional services, our highest level of savings.
Can I roll over unused credits?
No. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Are add-ons really unlimited?
Yes. Pinnacle includes unlimited standard add-ons each month. Every add-on is listed on the IV menu, and whether one suits you that day is confirmed at your health screening before anything is added to your drip.
Do I have to use my credit all at once?
No. Your credit doesn't have to be spent in a single visit. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Can family members use my benefits?
No. Your benefits are for you. Pinnacle does include family discount eligibility, with exclusive savings for your loved ones.
Is there a commitment, and can I cancel?
Every membership has a six-month commitment and renews monthly until cancelled.
